Should I Avoid Gluten?

Gluten is a protein composite found in wheat, rye barley and triticale. Nearly 50% of American have an aversion to gluten on some level. Many suffer migraines, bloating, thyroid, behavioral issues, and it intensifies diseases affiliated with tissue inflammation.
